  • Nichole was so kind and went above and beyond to not only service every client that walked through the door, she made a memorable experience. I went in late on Tuesday after having my eyes previously examined. She was the only one working the floor but didn't let it phase her as she assisted at least seven people in the thirty to forty-five minutes I was there. She made it a point to warmly great every shopper that walked in, give them space to shop, ask questions or answer questions to every person at least once, and created a warm environment regardless of how slammed she was. Nichole handled the flow seamlessly, and has made a lifer out of me. Looking forward to next time simply because she was THAT GOOD.
