  • I bought a dishwasher and refrigerator from this location about 2 months ago. The dishwasher started to leak so I contacted Goldwing (Spencer's appliance repair.) The repair person re-installed the dishwasher. It was still leaking so I scheduled another appointment. After not getting a call the morning of the second appointment, I called to find out if anyone was on their way. Someone had scheduled me on the wrong day. I was rescheduled 2 days later, yet to get a confirmation call. All this to repair a lemon dishwasher I have only had for 2 months. I called this location and explained my experience with the dishwasher to the salesperson that helped me with this purchase. He told me this is only the second machine to have issues and will speak to his manager and call me back. I asked what time I should expect to hear from him and he replied they close at 9 pm so before that. Wow. I asked why I wouldn't hear from him right away and he gave me a lengthy list of reasons why. I thought they advertise great customer service. Not in this case. We had received great customer service with our first purchase of a washer from the Scottsdale Road location a few years ago, so wanted to support our local store when we needed to replace some appliances. Well, lesson learned. I will be going somewhere else when we shop for a dryer this weekend.
