| - WHY is it the normal now when you ask employees a question at the Toyota Of Gastonia a question, you get the reply, "I don't know"? I asked Debbie in service a question about getting service on my car. Immediately, she said she didn't know. I asked if a manager was available, she said no. I asked her to give a manager my name and telephone number and ask them to give me a call. After 2 days I was still waiting. I called back and had the DISPLEASURE of speaking to Debbie again. Received the same reply to my previous question, that she didn't know. Again, according to her, no manager was available. I left NUMEROUS messages with Chris Kosa asking 2 specific questions...after more than 2 weeks I'm still waiting to get the answers. I've been getting my cars serviced there for years without any issues. The employees they have now have the "I DON'T care attitude". Debbie had me on hold for 12 minutes. When I called back after waiting, I was told by another employee that she was clocking out. Employees used to treat customers the way they would like to be treat, but NOT anymore. WHY? Thankfully there are other Toyota Dealerships in the area. When you spend your hard earned money, if you would like to be treated with respect and dignity, think twice before going to Toyota Of Gastonia.
