  • Lousey customer service! When things go wrong you can not reach a human being to help you. The people who are supposed to focus on "hospitality" don't even return your calls. I paid a great deal of money for a ticket to attend an Elton John concert there, Elton walked off stage in a drama queen fit and nobody cared one bit about the terrible customer experience. Go to one of the other venues that care about excellence in their customer relationships!
