  • Ivan from SW was sent out to my house today to help me figure out and repair what was wrong with my pool pump. My home warranty company contracted Southwest Pool and Spa. Ivan worked diligently and really diagnosed the problem. He could have easily given up and said that I would need to call out a leak specialist. Instead, he worked until he got the pressure of my pump better than it has ever been. I was really impressed by his work ethic. I recommend that you ask for Ivan if you're hiring Southwest Pool Spa to do work.
