Overall, True Food is a pretty good restaurant. I love the healthy options, but the food can sometimes be bland. For example, the kale guacamole has absolutely no spice to it. You have to add salt-and-pepper, but once you do, it goes really well with the pita chips. 5/5. The spicy curry chicken is pretty darn good. It does have some kick to it - which I like - but some people might find it a bit spicy. 5/5. The only shortcomings of this restaurant is the wait and service time can be somewhat lacking. Overall, a good place to have lunch or dinner if you are in a healthy mood.
