Well this is officially strike two with Airpark Chrysler Jeep. The "Service" department has been two of the worst service experiences I've ever had with my jeep over many years. Ever go to mechanic just feel like you're going to be ripped off? Have you ever had that feeling in your gut it's really just about the money more than the customer? How about the fact that we spend tens of thousands of dollars on vehicles and want to be able to trust our mechanic. That should be a bare minimum of an expectation.... correct? My experience was to bring in the jeep to repair items covered under a recall. I showed them two other technical service bulletin's a.k.a. TSB's. After having the vehicle the entire day with George, who proceeded to tell me nothing that I could understand with the exception of the bill which was $180. Because I authorized him to plug the computer in to tell me what the code was, Which I didn't authorize any of that. This is my ninth jeep and I've had nothing but amazing experience with my last Jeep service provider who unfortunately retired at Earnhardt. I would give this sad little service department a zero if I could AND as I drove away $180 poorer I vowed I will never never purchase, service or even look at the place as I drive by for the rest of my life. So if you're purchasing a vehicle hopefully you will find a better deal somewhere else. If you're servicing a vehicle take it to ANYONE else but Airpark dodge Chrysler. I should have checked yelp first....... Now i know why the rating is so bad.
