  • -- My First Impression -- It's National Ice cream Day today! I felt like getting ice-cream from Mainstreet Unionville. For some reason, there were a lot of people in front of the store today and I figured there must be a Pokemon Go gym nearby. Otherwise, there wouldn't be over 50 people standing in front of the store lol. I asked the store attendant whether the blue raspberry coated ice cream or the green apple burst flavour tasted better and he told me he's never tasted either of them before. I then asked him which one was the bestseller and the one he would suggest. He told me the blue raspberry one was the bestseller and suggested me to get it. After confirming the order, he told me they didn't have that item today. I found the instructions very confusing as he suggested something they didn't have. I followed my instinct and ordered the green apple burst vanilla soft serve on a waffle cone. -- Food and Drink -- Green Apple Burst Vanilla soft serve on waffle cone - Their Vanilla softserve was very creamy. The dairy taste was very strong! The green apple burst had a subtle hint of sourness which complemented the sweet vanilla soft serve! Their in-house waffle cone was very crunchy. -- Overall -- The service attendants weren't the nicest on Mainstreet. I loved their soft serve and would love to come back to try the blue raspberry coated ice-cream!
