| - This was the second stop in my Museum Day adventure, and it truly is a child's (and adult's) dream to come and play @ this museum. I believe this is still funner to visit than the Children's museum across the street.
I have always loved science, and all the myriad of disciplines that one can investigate and discover. And in this place, playing with (to a limited extent) is allowed without burning the place down.
The kids, and adults, just can't get enough of this place. To top it all off, they even have rotating presentations here @ the IMAX theater. They have had the planets and the yellowstone one that were particularly memorable. I watched the Normandy one, and it was alot of fun, in spite of the children that could not contain themselves. But kids will be kids. If I wanted quiet, I should've gone elsewhere.
I missed the days when I used to take my daughters here and they would just be all over the place.
Whether you a child, and a child @ heart, you will find plenty to enjoy on here. Just let yourself go and just play with everything. You won't break it. Just don't pull the fire alarm and all will be okay.
The food court isn't too bad, but I did not venture to partake of their offering this time, as I went to Heritage Square to partake of a different meal.
