  • DO NOT RENT HERE! The management group that took over in 2011 is inept, rude and makes EVERYTHING complicated. They changed the electronic payment system and it didn't work for 2 months. They do not give proper receipts for rent payments made in person. They refuse to take maintenance requests over the phone; you have to go into the office, fill out a work order AND sign giving permission to enter. The online maintenance request system has never worked.
