  • Terrible Don't waste your money on any type of warranty they don't honor it! We purchased a sofa & loveseat (just 1 year ago literally!!) both have nails sticking out on the inside sides, both are sagging! I called because we bought the warranty that the sales man swore covered everything & of course they claimed it does not. They said it should be covered under manufacture's warranty so we had a tech come out & tell us he was ordering the parts!! Now I just reached out to them again only to find out they are claiming normal wear & tear! No one contacted us to inform us!!! We were under the impression we were waiting on parts!! Poor service, lack of communication, dishonest in all aspects!! We won't be shopping here again!!
