| - Ok, here's the deal. I've been coming here since the day the doors opened, probably close to 15 years. The doctors have changed a few times but have always been great. The problem I have currently have is that the office staff is well, terrible. I needed to come in for specific immunizations, scheduled the appt and arrive only to find out that I was scheduled the one day of the week they don't offer them. So, I take another hour and a half to come back the next day and get it taken care of. In the meantime the office staff tries to collect payment for a well visit (which is always covered by insurance). I then need to return for more immunizations the following week (which the nurse told me is always covered) and the day before the appt they call to get insurance information. Uh, I was there a week ago and pretty sure it hasn't changed. Ok, their mistake. At the second, or actually third, visit they again ask for payment for an office visit. I tell the office staff that the nurse told me that follow up immunizations are always covered. No, she was incorrect. You still have an office visit to pay for. Ugh. The nurse should not be giving information regarding fees if they don't know for sure.
Secondly, not to be mean but entire staff is not exactly the epitome of health. Most could use a gym membership and a touch of makeup. If one works in a professional health environment they could at least look like a good example.
