I have a Bluetooth headset by LG bought at the Sprint store for a cost of ~$100.00. Less than a year and they are broken. I go back to the store and guys basically says, "not my problem. It's and LG product. Call them." I bought them here!!!. I calmly explained my position and you know what happened else I would be writing a different review.
GET THIS! A lady then walks over to me and asks can she show me the system from Vivanthome, some smart home system. WHAT? H#%L NO!
Does anyone know service anymore? Best thing I have a Verizon plan. My GF bought then here. Sprint away from this store.
ADDITIONALLY: The phone number they gave me to LG isn't even the right number.
