  • I just moved out of a property I rented from Progress Residential, and they kept most of my security deposit, all of which were for issues we noted during our move-in inspection. We lived in the house for ten months, and they kept $1,607.95 of my $2,375 deposit .... again, all for things that were damaged and noted on the move-in inspection. I have made several attempts to contact them about the issue, but have not been able to get a person on the phone to discuss the issue. I also filed a written dispute more than two weeks ago and still haven't heard back from them.
