  • I love BBQ like no other food on earth. Juicy, smoky, tender meats and comforting sides are my heaven on earth. I just haven't been able to find anywhere in Vegas that can compete with Texas. I mean you can get great BBQ at a gas station in Texas. Well thanks to Rolling Smoke BBQ, I've found a little bit of smoky heaven right in Vegas. The meats and sides are wonderful. Nothing fancey or pretentious, just great food. The portions are large and I think they even have an all you can eat option. there isn't much going on as far as decor. Just Picnic tables. This is straight out of the Texas BBQ hand book,
