  • I am extremely satisfied with Wayne's Auto. I bought a used BMW in August, 2013 and took it two other places before I started taking it here--one was a dealership and the other was an import auto service shop. I felt the dealership tried to take advantage and get me to fix every little thing even if it didn't need it, and I didn't feel the import shop did a very good job. I've gone to Wayne's for oil changes and repairs/maintenance for the last two years. Wayne's BMW tech has been honest, gives me a fair price, and does a good job. They even give you a follow-up call to see if you were satisfied. I have been meaning to write this review for awhile, but have put it off. I guess Catholic guilt has finally gotten the better of me. I'm tired of seeing it on my to-do list, and since they've earned a good review, I'm paying up! I think I might even snail-mail a thank you card to them for being so great. This place does not look fancy, but don't judge a book by it's cover. I'd be surprised if you regretted it.
