Its a charbucks. Not more, not less.
There are far better options in the area; Phoenix, Algebra, Arabica. Also the s-bucks on Cedar/Fairmount has a better ambiance in my opinion.
But that said if you have multiple holiday gift cards and need to spend them...
The service is okay, except sometimes you get the bearded employee who thinks he is God's gift to coffee and therefore you are bothering him by ordering.
Seating is adequate for a starbucks and there always seem to be some available chairs. Even with the college/grad kids taking up a few spots.
But this is lacking the free wi-fi some 'bucks now have. Also parking might be a bit of a problem if the lot in back is filled up, or you dont have any quarters to pay for it.
