  • Extremely rude and unprofessional.They stranded me at the auto body shop and when I asked them why they never came back all I got was"I do what my biz says".Not an apology or a real explanation.I was with my 3 year old daughter!They had an office full of customers and none of them looked happy.I will NOT be doing business with Hertz in the future and from the looks of other reviews I'm not the only one who had a bad experience
