  • I bought a 55" Samsung TV here a couple of years ago and didn't have any issues with it. I recently returned and purchased a Note 8 and also had zero issues with it. A lot of complaints on Yelp about customer service, but that's to be expected when they're charging a few hundred dollars less than the Best Buy prices. If you want support and customer service, avoid this place. If you know what you're doing and want a good deal, I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. TIP: if you're buying a Samsung phone, get the IMEI number and check it on the Samsung website, it'll give you all the info (whether the phone is new/refurbished/has been used before). The staff had no issues with me doing this prior to purchasing the phone.
