  • Went to HTC a couple years ago to get my nipples pierced. Not as painful as you might think. They were cool, I didn't know the hours of the shop and I went in right before they were about to close and they were cool and still did my piercings. I had two piercers who did the piercings at the same time which was really cool and it was their idea. My only complaint is although they marked the piercing spots where the holes would be, they are different. My left nipple bar had to be replaced just a month ago, those holes were too far apart for the original bar. I noticed this after I got the piercings done but never got around to changing it and eventually it started to stretch the hole pretty badly and started getting infected. Any who, I went back in to HTC and waited quite a bit of time to have my nipple checked out because I felt like it was going to fall off. When I finally met with the piercer he was kind of a sarcastic asshole but almost every piercer I've encountered is like that (not that that makes it ok...) The guy changed my bar and asked who pierced my nipple, I told him I didn't remember the name but I told him the time I went in and he came to his conclusion of who he thought he was and shit talked him in front of me and said thats why he wasn't at HTC anymore and that made me super uncomfortable. I have been thinking of getting my septum pierced lately and they seem like the best option still but I am going to be more thorough on what piercer I choose. I don't want an asshole either because I'm super scared to get my septum pierced and I want someone who takes the time to make me feel comfortable. Overall HTC is cool, and most of the staff is nice and friendly. I do think it's important as a piercer to have decent customer service skillz.
