  • This store may single handedly make Calgary the centre of the universe for many professional chefs, when my GF said lets go to Calgary to visit, I a knife collector not a pro cook said book it. They have the best collection of Japanese steel in one place maybe in the world, these knives would never be found in the same shop in Japan, the egos of some of the knife makers are just too big. If you enter and don't leave with a crying weeping credit card you just don't get it.
