Worst customer service ever. A week before Christmas I was told of these awesome flannel shirts lined with fleece for older people to keep warm in the winter. Admittedly this was a little late, but I had been having an extremely hard time finding my father a Christmas gift this year. My friend told me about them and that they were very high quality and warm. So naturally I went on the site and ordered a shirt. It was not cheap, $80 plus I then paid for super fast shipping that said it was in stock and would be there no later than Christmas Eve, This was around $22 and I was happy to pay it. A few days passed by and I noticed it hadn't shipped yet. It was 2nd day shipping so I wasn't too worried then another day and another day passed. Soon it was Christmas Eve eve and I had been busy all week, but finally had the time to check the account online. Much to my chagrin the shirt was now on back order. So I immediately canceled the order, horrified. I was given a very passive apology. But I was appalled and will never be shopping there again and I will tell everyone not to order from them. It was my only present to my father and he doesn't have a single other person to buy for him, so Christmas was basically ruined. When I contacted customer service they barely cared. Didn't mention trying to notify people when there items are on back order. It wasn't when I ordered. They didn't offer to try to find one and ship it next day. They weren't at all interested in keeping my business so I am not interested in coming back to theirs. Please read this as a parable, a cautionary tale of you will.
