  • This is a great place to take your child, the environment was perfect and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and understanding of my needs. They were not rushing me like I was rushed before at my previous pediatrician back in Tucson. Not to mention, PBS was on, books were around, so my kids were not running the office like they usually would be. Luckily, the wait was not long at all and my appointment was right on time. The doctor is amazing, I mean I don't think I could ask for anyone better to see my children than Dr. Shakoor. She is attentive, intelligent and very caring. She understands my children's needs even when my oldest is very shy and has a very hard time opening up, he was able to communicate with Dr. Shakoor very easily and happily. I will not go into detail about my children's problem but Dr. Shakoor was extremely helpful and involved in the whole process , taking extra time out of her day to personally answer my concerns. Dr. Shakoor was so patient with my children and I, especially when I was so concerned and worried, she calmed me down and helped my child receive the care he needed. If you are in need of a pediatrician, I HIGHLY recommend her!
