Oddly enough I have been here three times since it opened already. Odd since I am not particularly fond of their ice cream.
While becoming the first location in Las Vegas to open the nitrogen ice cream shop, they definitely have not worked with their ingredients as much as the stores in California have. As someone who visits Caldron and Creamistry regularly in California, the ice cream here is lackluster; the ice cream lacks both the thickness and creaminess of the ice cream places mentioned before. In addition, their endless array of options generally end up too sweet, even for people with the tooth to back it up.
The staff is friendly and welcoming; a reason to try to like the place, but it's one of their few strong points. The store itself is new, but many small problems can be seen:
Only two nitrogen ice cream machines causing long lines.
The glass near the service is too high and reaches too far so the staff has to reach around it to deliver the ice cream to the customer.
Three tables means nowhere to sit.
There's a lot of nitpicky things about the place, but primarily gets three stars since that's about how good the ice cream really is.
Also, if you do not understand what the dragons breath is:
It's literally frozen cereal with no flavor. Yes it makes cool nitrogen breathe, just don't expect a dessert.
