  • One of my favorite places on the planet. Why??? Start with the beer. Always been good, but they've continued to take it to the next level. I fell in love in 1997 with their oatmeal stout. Of course, the Kilt Lifter is their flagship award winner and never disappoints. Love, love, love the Hop Knot. Friends of ours swear by the Sunbru Kolsch. On this occasion their Octoberfest was fresh on tap. Stellar. So delicious. Next, the food. While the menu screams bar food, it is quite good. They put thought and care into it, including matching up beers on the menu. Service is simply outstanding. I mean over the top great and attentive. Do NOT come here to have a Bud Light people. Live a little. Enjoy some of Arizona's finest craft beer, good food, and awesome service. Parking can really suck if it's busy, so use the valet.
