  • I booked our reservation online & pre paid which was nice, and the reason I'm giving Bounce U one star. This place was nasty. As soon as we walked in it smelled horrible. Like vomit, sweat, pizza, and body order. Customer service at check in was not very friendly. The bounce room we were sent to was complete chaos. They had a few game bounce houses one actual bounce house a slide and a capture the flag bouncer. There were at least 100 people in this room with only one worker. Kids were pushing & fighting. Parents were completely disconnected from watching their children and the one staff member did nothing but stand in one spot looking confused. The air conditioner was not working properly. It felt like they had a swamp cooler on it was musty & humid & gross. We went for the all ages jump from 1-3 and at 2 a worker came in shouting it was time to leave. We will not be going back.
