  • We would like to give 6 Stars to Dr. Moffit but 0 Stars to the billing / marketing department. Not sure how many stars we would give if it had not worked out. Probably it all depends on the result if someone is happy with them or not. At the end they can't guarantee the result... After all, we made the right decision with A.R.M.S.: We are parents of a beautiful, healthy daughter now, it worked out with only 1 cycle but only 1 embryo survived. Dr. Moffitt found that there were several tumors in the uterus and removed them. He was extremely professional and very caring. When there was a problem with the medication, (which was the result of a misunderstanding), he personally took care of it. What we did not like was how they advertised a "1 Freeze Package" without mentioning that the "Freeze" was not included in the price. Very misleading because a "1 Freeze package" is impossible without the freeze. Obviously we were not the only customers to complain about this because when we complained about their bill we were shown an edited advertisement without the misleading title "1 Freeze package". Nobody ever apologized to us.
