I normally take my truck to be serviced at a competitor. For my most recent service, I decided to give Jones Ford my business because they were able to get me in the same day. When I called I was initially told they had no appointments available. The service advisor asked what I needed done and I said an oil change and tire rotation. I was told if I dropped of the vehicle asap they would be able to do the service for me. When I showed up, for lack of a better word "greeted" by the most unprofessional service advisor. Serious attitude issues and rude to say the least. I was theoretically pushed out of the door and when I asked about how long more or less should it take. Which I was then told "when I call you it will be ready for pickup and I am closing up and out that door at 2:59". Absolutely zero customer service and unprofessional. I will resume business at my normal dealership for service.
