Normally I would give good remarks about this store however the last experience I had was anything but stellar. I purchased a pair of pants from the fashion show location and realized that night that there was two holes on the back side of the bottom near the ankle. I did NOT notice the holes when I tried them on. I attempted to take them back to the Summerlin location since its closest to my house. When I arrived and explained the situation to a lady whom worked there by the name of Nannette she gave me a hard time. Nannette implied that I damaged the pants and at first didn't want to return them. She gave me the hardest time and it wasn't until I had to raise my voice that she finally gave in. The pants were never worn, and I had the receipt with the tags still on. She said its our policy to not take back damaged pants. Well, is it your policy to sell damaged pants? I have to say I was disgusted by the way I was treated. What happened to a no question policy? I have to say I have been treated better at Walmart when it comes to returns!
