  • Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have had. My salesman Jon was not only overly knowledgeable about the furniture but he listened to exactly what I wanted instead of wasting my time to make a sale. You can tell he takes pride in giving you exactly what you want. Nonetheless I ended up with one of my favorite furniture pieces ( the Klein sectional). Even though I had to send the ottoman back ( minor defect) Mor furniture immediately took care of me. Brandon ( a manager at the store) quickly took care of the situation and I had my new piece the very next day. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
