We stopped by on a Friday evening to try them out for dinner. The decor is nice and comfortable. The service is friendly, but we had some trouble with our server's fairly poor handle on english.
We had some tapas and sandwiches. Overall the food was okay. Nothing particularly special. There are other Cuban restaurants nearby with better food. Although, The Sugar Corner does have a much larger pastry selection.
In short, probably a better place for coffees and dessert rather than a full meal kind of place.
