  • What can I say? When I come to LV twice a year, this is where our group goes first. This is a hidden local hangout, two blocks off the strip, a block from Tuscany (another pretty nice place) and a block from the High Roller (try it out and be sure to pay to be in one of the 4 "Bar Cars" if you drink), Ballys and Flamingos. Not a fancy casino like those on the strip with high ceilings, flashy lights and so big you can get lost going through the place. It is cozy but has all the gaming machines and the best food and drink for the money. Like most places it is smokey at times but has a separate bar/Karoake room, a large bar in the entrance area, a BBQ place, Pizza area and a sit down restaurant. It is not uncommon to have to wait 30-45 minutes to get a seat in the restaurant but it is well worth the wait. The special on Sunday when I arrive yesterday, 8 wings, 3 sliders or I think it was two coney island dogs for 5 dollars (special). Always seems to have specials. For example, this Wednesday get 5 wings an a shot of Jack Daniels for $5. Where else can you get craft beer 20oz for a dollar if Football is on and 2.50 any other time (+2 and did I mention hey make their own?) They also have Karaoke every night, steak dinners for 9.99 or a steak and egg breakfast for 6.99? Want to gamble on a budget? Black Jack for $5 a hand and lots of other games just like the big boys. It is being remodeled now and will even be better when I come back in the spring. Don't forget to get your Players card and use it for free play, food specials and more. Gets a 5 from me.
