  • I had an incredibly wonderful experience here today. I honestly cannot fathom why there have been so many negative reviews for this place aside from the others simply being impatient, non-understanding, and just entitled. Here's my experience: I arrived at 11:30am as a first time walk-in looking to have a full set done. I waited approximately 10 minutes before Jim kindly took me to his booth and immediately set to work. He is the first person I've ever had who was so gentle and utterly thorough with me. He was so friendly and gave me the space to decide whether I wanted to chat with him or keep to myself. He didn't ask any mindless questions just to get me talking. Yet he was very open and friendly with me when I felt like chatting with him. He was so much nicer than any other person I've ever had at any other location. He was very friendly and honest with the other clients who walked in or who had appointments. We even eventually talked about the negative reviews he has on here and it was obvious that it bothered him because he knows how important it is to provide a good service but when he's down one person or a client with an appointment decides they want more services done than what was originally scheduled or if he gets slammed with a ton of walk-ins, there's honestly not much he can do about getting behind schedule. And not many people seem to understand or accept that. It made me feel pretty badly for him since that's exactly the situation I had found him in. And was determined to leave an honest, legit review in their defense. Yes I'm sure some people have had a poor experience but much of it is out of their control and I feel it's unfair. Especially when it comes to Jim himself. He's an amazing technician and business owner who has a calm sweet demeanor about him - and who truly wants to provide the best service to his clients. So if you are reading this review, please keep the things I've said in mind. And also ask to see Jim if he's available because I promise you, you won't feel the need to leave any negative reviews and may actually feel the need the leave a positive one like I am now. Please give these guys a chance - you won't regret it. Plus their location is absolutely beautiful inside with a great relaxing color scheme and updated booths and polishes. Nothing horrible at all from my perspective. But I'm serious as of the time I write this and as a new client I would recommend this place to anyone. Oh and I actually ran into a lady as soon as I left who was also a first time client who pulled me aside to ask me how they were inside and after hearing what I said and seeing how beautiful my nails were she decided to go in and try it out herself (even after knowing they were a bit behind schedule). I watched the door when I got back to my car only a few feet away to see if she would leave and she never did - so what I said and showed her mixed with how lovely it is inside must've been impressive enough. Again, please don't have any doubt if you're thinking of giving them a try, I know you won't regret it.
