  • Managing a homeowners association has got to be a tough job. Kinney Management was terminated this month by our HOA. Unfortunately, they developed a reputation of disregard for homeowner complaints about maintenance issues, misplaced checks, questionable bookkeeping, and not returning phone calls. I called them on more than one occasion about playground equipment that needed repairs in order to prevent injury to children. The repairs were never made. Perhaps after 20 years of managing our HOA had made them grow complacent. Whatever the reason our subdivision hired a new company.
