| - Dr. Josh is truly a life saver. I work from home on the computer and have for over ten years. I am not new to chiropractics. I have been seeing a chiropractor for years. About two months ago my neck went out. I went to see my regular guy who I love. I got some relief but he could not get it 100%. There was a spot in my upper back near my right shoulder blade that was killing me. It was hard to breathe. I saw my guy a few times to no avail.
Yesterday, I decided to try someone else. I felt guilty for going to see someone else but I was in so much pain I could not take it any more. It was affecting my every day life with my daughter and my husband. I was always in a bad mood and so uncomfortable. I went to Yelp and looked up chiropractors in my area. Dr. Josh was the first one to show up. I saw his reviews and was skeptical. 45+ reviews and all 5 star? I thought, what could it hurt? I will try him once and if he sucks, you live and lean.
I am SO HAPPY I called him. He was able to come the same afternoon. Yes, he wears the Jack Lalaine jumpsuit that another poster mentioned. :-) He was on time, kind, and very sweet. He took the time to listen to my issues. He did an evaluation of my range of motion and movement. Then he got to work explaining everything he was doing along the way. He even adjusted me in ways that I had never been adjusted before. He is gentle and doesn't force anything. Wouldn't you know it, he was able to fix that spot in my upper back that had been killing me forever! I had several ribs out of place. They are all happy campers now! I can finally breathe without pain! After the adjustment he massaged my upper back since my muscles has been almost petrified for months! He even gave a bottle of the wonderful cream he used on me for free because I told him I loved it and wanted to purchase some. After the session, he gave me some exercise suggestions. I have HORRIBLE posture and so we worked on that. That night, he emailed me to check in on me and sent me a link to a pillow that he thought would help me and told me to check in with him to make sure I was doing ok. What a thorough and thoughtful practitioner!
Dr. Josh is EVERYTHING everyone has said and more. I loved him so much I purchased a 5 session package because with the type of work I do, I know I will be wanting to ensure that I stay aligned and feel good. If you are wondering if you should call him, PLEASE stop wondering and call him. You can thank me later.
