  • My wife and I came to Las Vegas for her birthday and had Booked this car service weeks in advance . When we arrived at the airport all the other car service company Drivers were there waiting . My wife and I watched everyone leave from our flight we ended up waiting about A half hour I then called and spoke with the dispatcher And informed him our driver never showed he said he better be there let me call him . We then waited 20 additional minutes so my wife called him and he argued With her and said a driver would call us which he did he Called asked our name and flight apologized said he had no Info of our reservation so then it became obvious the dispatcher lied which sheds very bad light on this company . We arrived at our hotel 2 hours after waiting For our driver when we were going home on Sunday they Didn't show up to transport us to the airport .long story Short 24/7 is a joke and you got better odds rolling the Dice and getting 7/11 .think twice before booking this service don't let them ruin your wife's birthday . This is My first time using Yelp and take no pleasure in exposing A companies mistakes however it being my wife's birthday that was flawed I have no choice .
