  • I have used this location once for myself, once for my son and once accompanied my mother. I came the first time with my mother and had to wait nearly 2 hrs. There is always such along wait and maybe I could deal with that if it were not for the RUDE RUDE RUDE people that work on the front part of the office. Dr.s are always very nice but every receptionist i've encountred has been so RUDE. It doesnt matter if I call or go in person...never ever nice. I bought two pair of glasses for my son and one broke right away...second pair went within 2 weeks of first (that pair was on him, the first pair not so much). I called to ask if I could talk to someone over the phone to replace and was told i had to come in person, i asked if i haf to bring my son in amd was told no everything was in system. So I had to cpme in and wait and wait and wait just to replace crappy product, i didn't need an exam plus I was talked to like they were doing me a favor by being instead of someone who os getting paid to do a job they chose to do.
