  • This was my very first apartment, and there was not one good thing about it. I moved into a small one bedroom for $735 a month. When the lady was touring me through the apartment, there were a number of dead roaches (in the closet, cupboard, and even the fridge!) Throughout my 6 month stay here (which I had to cut off the lease) there was a huge roach infestation problem. When I was moving things in, they were already crawling through my stuff. Whenever I felt something in my bed, it was most likely a dead bug.. we complained and did get a deep clean/inspection. But that didn't last at all. The problem kept reoccurring. Imagine going home and finding a bunch just hanging out inside the carpet, cupboard, and pretty much everywhere. I hate that this had to be my first apartment experience. I've never been so disgusted with where I lived.. please don't consider this place. Had to go through a hassle of cutting the lease off for something they can't keep under control.
