  • Requested a quote and Clinton responded within an hour. He had a fair price that was close to the lowest in town. I was quoted $11 cheaper at another store in East Vegas and I didn't really feel like traveling across the strip from Summerlin. After reading the reviews, I felt like he could do a quality job without any excuses. Although the other store had great reviews (4.5 rating), the few negative reviews and location were enough to deter me. Clinton was friendly in his responses and after asking if he would price match, he explained that he couldn't price match due to the quality of his parts. This may or may not be true, but I felt he was genuine in his response. When I called at the last minute when I was close by, he explained he was about to go out for lunch. I told him I would be there soon and he said he would wait for me. The operation looks small, located by the sign Encore. Walking in, I expected a store but was greeted by a receptionist. Clint came from his office and diagnosed my problem which was a battery issue and I had a cracked screen. He explained the issue of the battery to me showing how the cells of the battery looked deteriorated and showed me what the new battery is supposed to look like. I asked for both to be replaced at the agreed upon price. He double checked his work and it appeared some kind of connecting part no longer worked after the screen repair and he changed it free of charge (it was working before he swapped the screen). I was probably in the store for 30 minutes or less. I checked in for the free screen cover and he was kind enough to apply it to my new iPhone 7+ instead of the 6 he fixed (upon my request). Clinton is a class act. He strives for strong customer service and competitive pricing. He guarantees his work for 30 days and wants to make sure you leave with a smile on your face and most importantly, no recurring issues! Don't be discouraged by the small looking operation. I do recommend calling before you show up or making an appointment. Have your problems fixed by Clinton asap!
