  • I made an appointment to have my kids' pictures done today, got there and its packed with people, super noisey and even though we got there 10 minutes before our appt. We sat for another 20 min before they called us. We go over and my daughter starts crying and they right away say we would have to reschedule and didn't want to give us even one minute to try and calm her down. Then, they want to say "Well why don't you just try coming back during the week when its not busy?" If I had the time during the week, don't you think I would have done that? Sorry my husband and I have professional careers and have to work m-f 8am to 5pm and wasted our time making an appt. I guess. We drove 5 minutes to the portrait studio in Target and had an amazing experience with patient and friendly people, I suggest you do the same!!!
