  • Disappointed in customer service! I went to this store AND called because there was a "products" I was told by a supplier that was carried at this store. When I went there the item was said to be "here" but if I don't see it then they don't carry it....so we left without the item because we couldn't find it. Spoke with the supplier again and insisted it was there. Called and spoke to 2 rude people that kept placing me on hold and finally some 3rd person picked up and asked what I wanted.....geez! So I explained and was put on hold again and finally was told they carry it but in a section you wouldn't even think! First of all your employees don't know their own store/products and 2nd of all you need to improve on customer service skills....I actually want to give 2 stars but I'll give 3 for the fact that they actually do carry the products!! Store is clean but could improve on layout - middle area always looks cluttered....breads selections are limited and expensive! Smiths has way more bread selections and their store brand is always $1.00 (when on sale) or $1.29 when not....this is the standard wheat/white sandwich breads. Bakery area is dark and uninviting...Starbucks employees have attitude and aren't very good coffee makers.
