  • I know that the shoe selction here is amazing, but the customer service is SO BAD. Its funny how I get treated based on how Im dressed when I walk in. Ive bought from Gravity a few times and over the years the quality of service has never gotten better. I guess the upside is that you are never pressured or hovered over..... :)
