If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Called in to get a cab from my work line for a customer, waited 10 plus minutes to be helped. All the while, the recorded prompt telling its customers, "you may experience a delay in wait, due to the fact that we give all of our customers care and consideration." Ironic. I'm calling BULLSHIT on that one. When I finally get a representative on the line, I give him my phone number. He tells me there is nothing in our system for that number... okay idiot then start a new account, do I have to do your job for you? "You should just have your customer call in." He states. I tell him "no way, I just waited 10 plus minutes to speak to someone to get a cab, I'm not putting my customer through that". Then he continues to tell me the number I gave him is different then the one I am calling from. I start to try to explain to him this is a work phone number that has many different numbers connected to it, but the only one I have told him is a direct line to me. "You should call another cab company" he tells me now for the 2nd time. I tell him no, I just need a cab, why are you making this so hard. You haven't even asked me for my address yet? He then tells me "No, you should call another cab company." And hangs up on me. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You guys obviously don't want to make any money, treating customers that way after making them wait on line FOREVER! I'll say it again, AND YOU WONDER WHY THE PEOPLE OF VEGAS WOULD RATHER TAKE AN UBER. Figure it out people, because you failed and I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks so... READ YOUR REVIEWS!
