  • Based on other reviews, it seems like the office staff is lacking when it comes to professionalism, and this staffer in particular appears to be so dissatisfied, she throws away materials purchased by the doctor for patients to read. The practice's website specifically expresses the need for a compassionate approach to care, and I'm curious to know how this staffer's comments fit into the way she treats patients, particularly if they are not white.
