  • Have had many issues ordering higher quantities (1-2 dozen). I purchased a few rdeals coupons and every time I've gone in, whether it's early or late, the quantity and variety is extremely limited to the point where I've been given frozen cupcakes and told to keep them at room temperature to thaw. I'm not sure what kind of gourmet bakery sells frozen desserts, but this one does. The cupcakes overall are good, but not worth the regular price. Dealing with people over the phone is terrible as the women I've spoken to have been rude and dismissive, while the owner's mother, who I've dealt with in person was very polite and courteous. Would not recommend as there are much better, cheaper, fresher options available all over the GTA.
