| - I have now eaten at 4 different Michael Mina restaurants. So it is fair to say that I'm a big fan.
As a natural carnivore, I relish the opportunity to dig my teeth into a nice, juicy steak. Environment here is loud and energetic and very casual. Our waiter was very friendly and did a great job with it service.
To start, they give us a sampling of French fries with aioli, a house mix ketchup, and horseradish. Very good way to start. We then had the instant bacon, a play on pork belly that was wonderful. And finally a short rib pasta that was excellent.
For the main course, we split the wagyu tomahawk that was perfectly cooked medium rare with truffle butter, mushrooms, and fried rice. All just perfect.
For dessert, we had the chocolate cheesecake that was the best chocolate cheesecake I have ever tasted.
Overall, a wonderful meal that I will repeat soon!
