  • I absolutely LOVED this place but it seems it's gone under new management. I went in on Sunday and got a fill and gel plus gel for my pedicure. It was almost $25 more than what I usually paid. By Tuesday the gel had peeled off my thumb and ring finger. I wasn't able to make it in to have it fixed until Thursday and when I got there they said it was my fault because I must be "too rough on my hands" I have been going there for a year and a half and not once has my gel peeled off. Then the tech told me it was my fault because I didn't 'stick my thumb all the way in to dry' which is funny because my ring finger gel had come off too. The lady said she would fix them but it was clear she wasn't concerned about doing her best work and just slapped gel on. At this point I got very frustrated and asked if Julie (the owner) was there. The lady informed me Julie had moved to Hawaii...this explains why I didn't recognize any of the people there. I'm so sad because Julie and her team were amazing and did great work. Now I need to find a new place to do my nails because I am not impressed.
