  • Lived here for 2 years and can not wait to move out!!!! The only reason I renewed my lease was because they gave us the renewal so last minute that we didnt even get a chance to look around for another place. The apartment itself us spacious and we liked our location which is why I even rated it a 1 star. But... Here were my problems... Before I moved in I specifically remember asking management about roaches because I absolutely can not stand roaches. They said they have never heard of anyone complaining about roaches. In the last 2 years we have killed over 100 roaches in my apartment. Even 1 last night and 2 this morning in my bathroom and kitchen! It's disgusting!!! We have sprayed numerous times inside and outside the apt but they still manage to get inside! I never ever had this problem before living at my other apartment. The upstairs neighbors are ridiculously noisy! Now I know that it's not the apartments fault. But I feel like they allow everyone to live here. I do not even feel safe being outside alone without my husband. Almost everything in my apartment has broken at one point or another. Recently my water tank broke and it took them 3 days to fix it. I couldn't wash dishes or shower for that long. Lots of gang looking people live here so be careful. My husband and I can't wait for the lease to be over because we are moving right away.
