  • Management needs to get a clue. If you are going to have your servers take money, make sure they can give back ALL the change due a customer. We were told that they weren't allowed to actually give change, but if we wanted, she would have to go to the bar to get the rest owed to us. That's a bunch of crapola. Unfortunately it cost her a decent tip.
