| - Dear Yelp, Sometimes we need a zero rating. Can we have that soon please? Pretty please? - Thanks!
Now, here's why I feel the need for a zero rating more than ever before.
A casual stroll is always, ALWAYS, interrupted by a "Do you want a tea sample?" in one particular corner of the mall. That is the corner where hardcore upselling meets unwarranted arrogance. I have ignored the upselling for years. Paid way too much for loose tea. Even paid 6 $ for a cup of freshly brewed tea. None of that really bothered me enough to rate them low, or, at all.
However, the sales person's lack of patience for the customer to leave the store, before she vents her frustration over an unsuccessful sales pitch was too much to tolerate. Now, each time I walk past that spot, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth, even without tasting the sample!
Good riddance.
